I help clients with appellate cases including preparation for appeals at the trial level, record preparation and assembly, as well as briefing and oral argument. I have successfully handled numerous trust and estate appeals, business litigation appeals, and property litigation appeals. I am based in San Jose, CA and one of the appeals I successfully has been published in in numerous practice guides and other court of appeals decisions.

Mr. Wang’s practice focuses on employment litigation that includes civil claims involving wrongful termination, harassment, unpaid wages, discrimination, trade secrets and workplace violence claims.
