My colleagues and I handle litigation and arbitration matters involving securities, commodities and cryptocurrency. Forums in which we have appeared include FINRA, AAA, NFA and JAMS. We represent both investors and industry participants. Much of our work is concentrated in the litigation of EB-5 securities matters. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Wyoming in 1993, and his M.B.A. and J.D. in 2002, both also from the University of Wyoming.
